Step 1: Surface Preparation

Preparation includes diamond grinding your floor to ensure the product will properly adhere.

Step 2: Concrete Reconstruction

Next, Menders and fillers are used to repair cracks and pitting before the cracks begins.

Step3: Basecoat

A 100% solids, self-priming pure polyurea basecoat is mixed and applied.

Step 4: Broadcasting the Chip

We immediately full broadcast flake by hand while basecoat is applied.

Step 5: Scraping the Chip

Once the basement is fully cured the the floor is scraped and vacuumed to remove any loose or vertical standing flakes.

Step 6: Clear Coat

The final step is to squeegee and roll out the UV stable Polyaspartic clear coat.
