If we cleaned your window but it still looks dirty or cloudy, it might be because it has a broken seal and moisture, pollen etc. has accumulated.

Is that a scratch?

Glass can be scratched but not from rubber squeegee. when windows havent been cleaned scratches can seen. Maybe from diy, construction, remodeling or worn out srapers.

What formula is used to clean my windows?

We apply mild soap and water using a soft wand and cover all window surface to loosen dirt. This process is removed from the window using a rubber squeegee.
